Careers Assistant was created by me – Dexter Cousins a Recruitment Expert offering over 10 years experience in the field of hiring, interviewing and providing one on one career coaching. I have assisted international organisations on recruitment strategies and have worked with clients in Europe, Asia, North America and Australia.

I work as a Principal Consultant with a search and selection firm and my clients include global banks, insurance and property companies. I have assisted Customer Service clerks to CEO’s and my passion in life is helping people make the right career choices.
